Candice Bennett, President
Candice Bennett has been developing and implementing communication strategies for corporations, political candidates and not-for-profit organizations since 1998. She specializes in using quantitative research at all levels of strategic planning, from brand development to continuous monitoring of the customer experience. She believes that quantitative research is one of the most effective tools any organization can use to game out and optimize virtually any communication or business strategy.
She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including Entertainment, Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Education, Managed Services, Heavy Industry, Packaged Food Products, Managed Services, and Travel. She received her M.A. in Security Policy and B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Candice is a member of the Washington, DC Chapter of the International Special Events Society (ISES). She is serving as VP of Marketing Communications for 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
She currently resides in Lorton, Virginia.
Antoinette (Toni) Madeira, CFO, Candice Bennett & Associates, LLC
Antoinette Madeira currently works in back office management/accounting and consults in the quality management field. Toni firmly believes that quality principles apply to all types of business and strives to ensure Candice Bennett & Associates, LLC exemplify these practices.
Toni began her career at a metal building manufacturer in 1979 as an order technician and spent the last 6 years of tenure working in quality management at the corporate level. She was a major participant in the development and deployment of the ISO 9000 certification process for 10 engineering and manufacturing facilities nationwide. Toni taught product and ISO internal auditor training programs for the organization, as well. Prior to her work with Candice Bennett & Associates, LLC, she ran the back office for a private membership club in Kansas City. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mgt. of Human Resources (Organizational Development and Behavior) from Park University.
Toni’s credentials include work with the Excellence in Missouri Foundation as a Missouri Quality Award Examiner and Regional and State Level Judge for the Missouri Team Quality Award. In addition, she has worked with the Kansas Award for Excellence Foundation serving as a Judge at the Regional and State levels for the Kansas Team Quality Award. Toni is a member of the American Society for Quality and served as a board member for 5 years, including the Section Chair position in 2003-04 with the Kansas City Section. Toni is a member, of the Kansas City Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and served as Co-chair of the Awards and Recognition Committee for 2005-2006 and now serves as VP of Finance for 2006-07 and 2007-08.
Toni and her husband currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri.
Rodney Bryant, Systems and Programming Consultant
Rodney Bryant has gained in-depth experience in all aspects of systems development, deployment, and maintenance since 1996. He has worked with various retail and service companies, large and small. His skills encompass programming, network design and administration, hardware configuration and troubleshooting, performance analysis, and tuning. Rodney’s achievements include nationally recognized certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, MCSA and CCNA.
His vast knowledge of various operating systems, software, programming languages, and hardware makes him an essential part of the CBA team.
Rodney received an Associate of Science in Electronics Technology (Summa Cum Laude 1999) and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management (Magna Cum Laude 2003) from DeVry University. He resides in Kansas City, Kansas.
