Candice Bennett, PRC, President
Candice Bennett has been developing and implementing communication strategies for corporations, political candidates and not–for–profit organizations since 1998. She specializes in using quantitative research at all levels of strategic planning, from brand development to continuous monitoring of the customer experience. She believes that quantitative research is one of the most effective tools any organization can utilize to be competitive and optimize virtually any communication or business strategy.
She has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including entertainment, technology, healthcare, financial services, education, managed services, heavy industry, packaged food products, managed services, and travel. Candice received her M.A. in security policy and B.A. in international affairs from The George Washington University. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and Marketing Research Association. During her free time, she volunteers on committees with the Women Presidents' Educational Organization and the Junior League of Northern Virginia.
She currently resides with her husband in Lorton, Virginia.
Antoinette (Toni) Madeira, CFO
Antoinette Madeira currently works in back office management/accounting and consults in the quality management field. Toni firmly believes that quality principles apply to all types of business and strives to ensure Candice Bennett & Associates, Inc. exemplifies these practices.
In 1979 Toni began her career as an order technician for a metal building manufacturer, and spent the last six years of her tenure working in quality management at the corporate level. She was a major participant in the development and deployment of the ISO 9000 certification process for 10 nationwide engineering and manufacturing facilities nationwide. Toni also taught product and ISO internal auditor training programs for the organization. Prior to her work with Candice Bennett & Associates, Inc., Toni ran the back office for a private membership club in Kansas City.
Toni's credentials include work with the Excellence in Missouri Foundation as a Missouri Quality Award Examiner and Regional and State Level Judge for the Missouri Team Quality Award. In addition, she has worked with the Kansas Award for Excellence Foundation serving as a judge at the regional and state levels for the Kansas Team Quality Award. Toni is a member of the American Society for Quality and served as a board member for five years, including the section chair position in 2003–2004 with the Kansas City Section. She was a member of the Kansas City Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and served as Co–chair of the Awards and Recognition Committee for 2005–2006, and as VP of Finance for 2006–2007 and 2007–2008. Toni currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Wonderscope Children's Museum of Kansas City.
Toni graduated summa cum laude with a dual bachelor of science degree in business administration and management of human resources (organizational development and behavior) from Park University. In addition, Toni has become a member of the Park University School of Business Advisory Board for 2009-2012.
Toni and her husband currently reside in Kansas City, Missouri.

Rodney Bryant, Systems and Programming Manager
Rodney Bryant has gained in–depth experience in all aspects of computer systems development, deployment, and maintenance since 1996. He has worked with many large and small retail and service companies. His skills encompass programming, network design and administration, hardware configuration and troubleshooting, performance analysis, and tuning. Rodney's achievements include nationally recognized certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, MCSE, MCSA and CCNA.
His vast knowledge of various operating systems, software, programming languages, and hardware makes him an essential part of the Candice Bennett & Associates team.
Before working with Candice Bennett & Associates, Rodney held positions with Butler Manufacturing as a systems analyst and SBC as network center technician.
Rodney received an associate of science in electronics technology (summa cum laude 1999) and a bachelor of science in technical management (magna cum laude 2003) from DeVry University.
He resides in Independence, Kansas.
Shannon Stockton, Research Analyst
Shannon Stockton has been in the D.C. area since 1998. She has worked in a variety of industries over those years – White House intern, Capitol Hill staffer, local government, educational organizations and associations. She has experience in government relations, fundraising and association management.
After 10 years of working full-time, she made the decision to switch gears and began her part-time career in market research. She provides assistance to the President and CFO on a variety of projects.
Shannon has a B.A. in Politics with a minor in Sociology from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, N.C. and an M.P.P. in Public Policy from George Mason University. She resides with her husband and daughter in Reston, Virginia.

Tammy Schrader, Research Analyst
Tammy has over twenty-five years of experience in the construction industry holding a variety of positions including structural engineer, project manager, estimator, engineering department manager, and small business owner. The experience has reinforced her skills in project management, problem solving and conflict resolution, quality control, customer relations, strategic planning, budget and personnel management.
Before joining the CBA team, Tammy was a partner in her own business. Her attention to detail, aptitude for numbers, problem solving skills, project management experience, and general understanding of business make her a versatile asset to the Candice Bennett & Associates organization.
Tammy has an MBA with an emphasis in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BA in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. In her spare time, Tammy fosters pets and volunteers at Animal Haven.
She resides with her two children in Overland Park, Kansas.
